To grow your coaching business you will need to exchange value for dollars and you will need to do it often. Define your offerings. Start by creating a menu of specific, tangible products that solve your clients' problems. This could include workshops, masterminds, one-on-one coaching sessions, and assessments. Each product should have a clear value proposition and a set price. Tailor to client needs.
