Seth J. Gillihan, PhD, is a licensed psychologist who specializes in mindful cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, insomnia, and related conditions. He is the host of the Think Act Be podcast and author of multiple books on mindfulness and CBT. His free guide, 10 Ways to Manage Stress and Anxiety Every Day, is available on his website. Dr. Gillihan earned his PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. His work can be found on Substack, the Waking Up app, and through his PESI certification course. He lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.
